Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to use of the website and to service enquiries submitted to Primal Group Services Ltd. Any live booking, deployment, or supply arrangement is subject to written confirmation, quotation terms, and any service-specific scope agreed between both parties.
Current service position
At the time of writing, the clearest live commercial lanes are security, training, and event support. Medical, cleaning, and apparel remain visible within the wider business direction but are not to be treated as automatically available standing offers unless they are expressly confirmed in writing.
Response times
We aim to respond to website enquiries within one working day. That timing is an intended service target for an initial acknowledgement or reply. It does not guarantee acceptance of a job, immediate availability, or same-day deployment.
Quotes and scope
Any quotation, proposal, or written indication is based on the information provided at the time. If the brief, site conditions, timing, staffing level, risk profile, or client requirements change, the scope and price may need to change as well.
Security work
Security assignments may be subject to licensing, site rules, event requirements, and legal controls that depend on the environment. Where SIA-licensed deployment is required, staffing and compliance requirements must be agreed before work starts. Clients are responsible for giving accurate information about the site, duty profile, operating hours, and known risks.
Training and first-aid work
Training, first-aid, and standards-led support must be booked against an agreed scope, learner profile, venue setup, and expected outcomes. Unless expressly stated, website copy should not be read as a guarantee that every training product is live, accredited, or immediately bookable in every format.
Event support
Event support depends on timings, guest flow, venue access, bar or staffing needs, and event-specific risk controls. Clients are responsible for supplying a realistic brief, onsite contacts, site access arrangements, and any venue-specific rules that matter to delivery.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and a commercially honest brief.
- Make the site, venue, or point of delivery available as agreed.
- Share material changes promptly, including timing, numbers, risks, or duty changes.
- Ensure any regulated, licensed, or insured requirement is raised before work is confirmed.
Payments and cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, invoicing dates, expenses, cancellation treatment, and any overtime or variation rules will be set out in the relevant quotation or booking confirmation. No public page on this website should be treated as a fixed-price tariff.
Liability
Nothing on this site excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, liability for any engagement is limited to the scope and commercial terms actually agreed in writing, together with any legal obligations that apply to that specific service.
Future-lane services
Where the site refers to medical, cleaning, or apparel as future lanes, that wording is intentional. Those sections are part of the group-services direction and brand architecture, but they are not a promise of immediate availability, regulatory status, or stock readiness.
Website content
We aim to keep the website accurate and commercially responsible, but website copy is informational and may change as the business evolves. You should not rely on site content alone for regulated, legal, or procurement decisions without direct confirmation from us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, with the company being registered in Scotland. Specific contracts may include additional jurisdiction or dispute wording if needed for the assignment.
