Our Story

Primal Group Services Ltd was created to grow beyond one service line while keeping the same standard in every area it touches. The business is built around the idea that good service should feel professional, presentable and genuinely good to deal with.

With 9 years in the security industry and experience across all areas of security, Callum Padfield brings direct operational understanding to the business. That includes environments where communication, public-facing conduct and calm leadership all matter equally, including events with attendances of up to 15,000 people.

Beyond that, the wider management picture behind Primal brings over 40 years of combined management experience across operations, leadership and service delivery. That gives the brand both the practical experience to operate well now and the maturity to build future service areas properly.

While the brand is being built with wider growth in mind, current operations are primarily focused through Somerset, UK, giving the business a clear geographical centre as it develops the broader Primal offer.
