Callum Padfield brings strong front-line security experience into that wider vision — 9 years in the industry with operational exposure across multiple environments. That background remains a serious strength within the business, but it now sits inside a broader story shaped by entrepreneurship, business-building, client relationships and long-term commercial intent.
Alongside direct operational experience, Primal is supported by a wider management team drawn from varied professional backgrounds. That gives the brand stronger commercial range: operational thinking, leadership capability, service delivery, business judgement and the ability to scale carefully rather than grow loosely.
Registered in Aberdeen and operationally focused across Somerset & South West, the business has a clear legal base and a clear service-area centre while the wider Primal offer continues to take shape.
